This research is a historical method and method of collecting materials in a library And documentary and comparative. انسان در همه‌ی مراحل زندگی، از کودکی تا نوجوانی و بلوغ و حتی در سنین‌ سالخوردگی، پیوسته از‌ افکار‌ و رفتار دیگران متأثر است.از شرایط محیط نقش‌ می‌گیرد، و بر مـحیط زیـست اثر می‌گذارد.آنچه فرهنگ انسانی را می‌سازد مجموعه‌ی‌ این تأثیر و تأثرهاست؛ اعم از آنکه تغییر رفتارها نتیجه‌ی کوششهای عمدی و حسابشده‌ و‌ در قالب نظام آموزشی رسمی یا سنتی باشند، یا اینکه به صورت اثر محیط، به‌ ویژگیهای فرد و جـامعه شـکل بدهند. درهرحال دگرگونیهای جامعه از تأثیر عوامل‌ سنتی و نیز از کوششهای عمدی‌ نظام‌ آموزشی‌ رسمی ناشی هستند. مصداق اولیه این نظام آموزشی در تاریخ ایران قبل از اسلام و نیز ایران بعد از اسلام، حداقل تا قرن معاصر در واژه ای به نام شاگرد موضوعیت داشت که اراده حاکمیت در ذهن شاگرد و یا شاگردان به صورت فردی ویا جمعی در مکانهایی خصوصی و یا عمومی و یا به مقتضای زمان و مکان و شرایط پیش آمده ،حک وتأثیرگذاربوده تا بتوانند سرمایه انسانی کشور را در امتداد تفکر واندیشه سیاسی خودحفط و هدایت ودر مواقع نیار بهره برداری نمایند.این پژوهش در صدد است تاچگونگی تغییر و تطور واژه شاگرد و تبدیل آن به دانش آموز و واژه های دیگر و علل و عوامل پیرامونی این موضوع را در گذرزمان حتی تا دوره حاضر بررسی تا غایت نهایی مقاله محقق شود. به نظر می رسد نقش دولتها، خصوصا نفوذ دانشمندان و فرهیختگان و «الیت» جامعه در بدنه حاکمیت، بی تأثیر در «آلترناتیو» واژه شاگرد در نظام آموزش سنتی ورسمی ایران نبوده و علاوه بر آن احتمال می رود همسویی با سیاست های آموزشی و تربیتی جوامع برون مرزی در تغییر کلمه شاگرد تأثیر گذار بوده است.این پژوهش به روش تاریخی و شیوه جمع آوری مطالب به روش کتابخانه ای و اسنادی و تطبیقی تهیه شده است http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/en/Article/Download/17529
