This is an analytical descriptive study. The research population includes, 2000 women over the age of 15. The sample size of 322 women was selected through simple random sampling. A researcher made questionnaire was used as a main tool for gathering data which its content validity was confirmed by university professors. The calculated Cronbach's alpha, for Leading factors was 817% and for Restricting factors was 756%, which prooved the research instrument has the needed reliability. The results of data analysis, by using factorial analysis, suggested that leading factors by the sum of 0.56 determined dependent variance, with four factors, have a role in women's empowerment; economic factors by identifying 18.341 of total variance of dependent variables, is the first and most important factor. Limiting factors with the sum of 0.58, identified as a dependent variance which have role, with six factors, in restricting tourism development and women's empowerment, and economic factor by 14.221, which is identifying the total variance of dependent variables, was considered as the first factor in limiting factors. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازی زنان با تأکید بر بخش گردشگری در شهر سی‌سخت است. این پژوهش به لحاظ ماهیت توصيفي - تحلیلی است. جامعۀ آماری، شامل 2000 نفر از زنان بالای 15 سال شهر سی‌سخت، روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و نمونۀ آماری 322 نفر از زنان شهر مورد مطالعه بود. ابزار اصلی پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته است که روایی آن را اساتید دانشگاهی تأیید کردند. میزان آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شده برای عوامل پیش‌برنده 817% و برای عوامل بازدارنده 756% است و نشان می‌دهد ابزار پژوهش، قابلیت اعتماد لازم را داراست. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی نشان می‌دهد عوامل پیش‌برنده با مجموع 56/0 واریانس وابسته تعیین‌شده با چهار عامل در توانمندسازی زنان نقش دارند؛ عامل اقتصادی با 341/18 تبیین کل واریانس متغیرهای وابسته، اولین و مهم‌ترین عامل است. عوامل بازدارنده با مجموع 58/0 واریانس وابسته تبیین شده با شش عامل در بازدارندگی رشد و توسعۀ گردشگری و توانمندسازی زنان نقش دارند و عامل اقتصادی با 221/14 تبیین کل واریانس متغیرهای وابسته، اولین عامل در بین عوامل بازدارنده محاسبه شد. http://localhost:44365/ar/Article/Download/35224
