شناسایی و تحلیل راهبردی مؤلفههای الگوی رقابت مؤثر در صنعت بانکداری ایران

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تحلیل مؤلفههای الگوی رقابت مؤثر در صنعت بانکداری ایران است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف از نوع مطالعات کاربردي و توسعهای و از نظر رویکرد در زمره پژوهشهای کیفی است که با استفاده از روشهای تحليل مضمون و دلفي فازي انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در هر دو بخش کیفی و کمی، خبرگان آگاه شامل خبرگان دانشگاهي و سازماني بودند که از سابقه اجرايي و حرفهای (10 سال به بالا در حوزه بانکداري) و دانش تخصصي (اعضاي هیئتعلمی يا دکتري مديريت مالي) برخوردار بودند. در بخش کیفی و گام اول پژوهش، جمعآوری اطلاعات بهصورت اسنادي از پژوهشهای پیشین و مصاحبه ميداني بود که در آن مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته با خبرگان مالي- بانکداري صورت پذيرفت. در این بخش 25 خبره با استفاده از نمونهگيري بهصورت هدفمند و گلوله برفي انتخاب شدند و تحليل دادهها در بخش کیفی با استفاده از کدگذاري به روش تحليل مضمون و نرم افزار اطلس تی8 استفاده شد. بخش کمی پژوهش بهمنظور تأیید و غربالگري مضامين مستخرج از مرحله کیفی و با استفاده از تکنيک فازي دومرحلهای در نرمافزار Excel انجام شد. در بخش کمی از نظرات 15 خبره از خبرگان مرحله قبل که با استفاده نمونهگيري هدفمند بودند، انتخاب شدند. نتايج نشان داد که رقابت مؤثر در صنعت بانکداری ایران به معنای عملکرد اثربخش بانک مرکزی و بانکها هست که عوامل مالی، قانونی، اقتصادی، ساختاری، محیطی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و مدیریتی بر آن اثرگذار بوده و پیامدهای اجرای آن بر عملکرد بانکها و محیط اقتصادی است. بهعلاوه بانک مرکزي، دولت و بانکها میبایست اقداماتي را جهت دستيابي به وضعيت مطلوب رقابت در کشور انجام دهند.
