بررسی چالش های ازدواج های بین فرهنگی و راهبردهای مقابله با آن در ایران: یک مطالعه کیفی

در ازدواج‌های بین‌فرهنگی، زوجین به دلیل تفاوت در باورها، ارزش‌ها، آداب و رسوم و سبک‌های ارتباطی با چالش‌های متعددی مواجه هستند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی چالش‌های ازدواج‌های بین‌فرهنگی و راهبردهای مقابله با آن در زوجین ایرانی انجام شد. راهبرد پژوهش حاضر، کیفی و روش آن، تحلیل محتوای کیفی از نوع استقرایی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی زوجینی بود که با فردی خارج از شهر و فرهنگ خود ازدواج کرده و ساکن یکی از شهرهای ایران بودند. مصاحبه با این زوجین تا زمانی که داده‌ها به اشباع نظری رسیدند، ادامه یافت و در مجموع در فرایند پژوهش با ۲۷ مرد شرکت‌کننده مصاحبه شد. پس از تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها، شش مضمون اصلی در زمینه چالش‌های ازدواج بین‌فرهنگی یافت شد که شامل چالش‌های مرتبط با باورهای دینی، چالش‌های ارتباطی، چالش‌های مربوط به خانواده‌ها، تفاوت در آداب و رسوم، چالش‌های ناشی از دوری مسافت و چالش‌های ناشی از تفاوت‌های منطقه‌ای و جغرافیایی می‌شود. همچنین پنج مضمون اصلی در زمینه راهبردهای مقابله‌ای شامل راهبرد انفعالی/اجتناب‌مدار، راهبرد شناختی، راهبرد تعاملی، راهبرد مذهبی و راهبرد راه‌حل‌مدار شناسایی شد. برای کاهش چالش‌های پیش‌روی زوجین بین‌فرهنگی و کمک به بهبود کیفیت زندگی آنان، این پژوهش پیشنهاد می‌کند که مشاوران خانواده و زوج‌درمانگران با اتخاذ رویکردی جامع، اقدامات زیر را در دستور کار خود قرار دهند: آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی بین‌فرهنگی، تقویت شبکه‌های حمایتی اجتماعی، استفاده از ظرفیت راهبردهای مذهبی در مقابله با تعارضات، و تسهیل فرآیند خلق «فرهنگ سوم» توسط زوجین.
