ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: سازمانها به دلیل پیشرفت تکنولوژی، جهانی شدن و رقابت شدید با محیطی متلاطم روبرو هستند. به منظور بقا در این دنیای تجاری رقابتی، سازمانها مجبور به نوآوری و پاسخ به محیط در حال تغییر هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تآثیر حمایت سازمانی بر خلاقیت کارکنان و کارمحوری با نقش میانجی رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه در دانشگاه ملی استان لرستان انجام شده است. روششناسی: این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نوع توصیفی و با روش همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه دانشگاه ملی لرستان است. به منظور تحلیل داده¬ها، روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم افزار Smart PLS¬3 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافتهها: جهت سنجش روایی از روایی همگرا بهره گرفته شد و به منظور برازش پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و ضریب آن برای تمام سازه¬های پژوهش بیشتر از 7/0 است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج بهدست آمده، حاکی از آن است که حمایت سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر خلاقیت کارکنان دارد. همچنین حمایت سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر کارمحوری دارد. و از طرف دیگر حمایت سازمانی بر رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه تأثیر مثبت ومعناداری دارد. و همچنین کارمحوری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه دارد. و درنهایت نقش میانجی رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه در رابطه بین حمایت سازمانی بر خلاقیت کارکنان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. و درنهایت نقش میانجی رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه در رابطه بین حمایت سازمانی بر کارمحوری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.
