شناسایی عوامل و راهکارهای مؤثر بر موفقیت برنامه های توسعه و بهسازی اعضای هیئت علمی

مطالعه عوامل و راهکارهای مؤثر بر موفقیت برنامه های توسعه و بهسازی اعضای هیئت علمی، می تواند بر اثربخشی بیشتر این برنامه ها و بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزش عالی تأثیر گذار باشد. در همین راستا، هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل و راهکارهای مؤثر بر موفقیت برنامه¬های توسعه و بهسازی اعضای هیئت علمی می باشد. پژوهش حاضر با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شده است. شرکت کنندگان پژوهش اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی شهر تهران بودند که 15 نفر برای انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انتخاب شدند. روش انتخاب مشارکت کنندگان، نمونه گیری هدفمند و از نوع ملاکی بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات نیز روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است. با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، 6 عامل مؤثر و 20 راهکار شناسایی شد که عبارتند از: عامل زمینه و بسترسازی (شامل: فراهم نمودن امکانات، ایجاد و تقویت مراکز بالندگی، اقناع مدیران و جلب مشارکت اساتید)، عامل برنامه ریزی (شامل: تعدیل حجم کاری اساتید، احیا و تقویت انواع روش های، استفاده از انواع روش های ارائه آموزش و زمانبندی)، عامل محتوا (شامل: ارائه محتوای کاربردی، ارتباط عناوین آموزشی و آیین نامه ارتقا و توسعه همه-جانبه) عامل ارتباط و همکاری (شامل: ایجاد شیکه های یادگیری، ایجاد فرصت همکاری و مشارکت و بهبود ارتباط برنامه ریزان و اساتید)، عامل انگیزه توسعه (شامل: حقوق و دستمزد، ارائه مشوق های آموزش و توسعه و اقناع اساتید)، عامل حمایت و پیگیری (شامل: حمایت از آموزش در عمل، استمرار برنامه های توسعه و ارزیابی). توجه به عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت این برنامه ها و بهره برداری از راهکارهای ارائه شده در پژوهش حاضر بر اثربخشی برنامه های توسعه و بهسازی تأثیر گذار خواهد بود.
