ملخص المقالة :
نیاز به بستهبندی مواد غذایی برای حفظ کیفیت و ماندگاری بیشتر روزبهروز در حال افزایش است. مواد نانوساختار بهدلیل خواص فیزیکی و شیمیایی منحصربهفرد و عملکرد بهبودیافته، نسبت به میکروساختارها ترجیح داده می شوند. بسته بندی های پیشرفته مبتنی بر فناوری نانو، ماندگاری و حملونقل مواد غذایی را بهصورت ایمن و بدون تغییر طعم و کیفیت ممکن کرده است. علاوه بر این، از آلودگی جلوگیری می کند و خواص مکانیکی، فیزیولوژیکی، فیزیکی و شیمیایی مواد غذایی را حفظ می کند. نانومواد مختلفی در بسته بندی مواد غذایی برای تهیه بسته بندی بهبودیافته، فعال، هوشمند و زیستی استفاده شده است. بستهبندی هوشمند با تشخیص آلودگی، گازها، رطوبت، دما و سایر عوامل مواد غذایی با استفاده از حسگرها، ایمنی مواد غذایی را تضمین می کند. با افزایش تقاضا برای تولید بسته بندی جدید، سازگار با محیطزیست و با کارایی بالا، «زیست-نانوکامپوزیت ها» در سال های اخیر توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. زیست-نانوکامپوزیتها، پلیمرهایي زیستی هستند که از دو جزء اصلی تشکیل شدهاند که اولي بهعنوان زمينه به نام زیستپلیمر (فاز پیوسته) و دومی بهعنوان عامل تقویتکننده (فاز پراکنده) با ابعادی در محدوده 1 تا 100 نانومتر، عمل میکند. بسته بندی زیستی، بسته بندی نوین و نسل جدیدی است که پلیمرهای طبیعی را جایگزین پلاستیک های سنتزی می کند. در این مقاله، تحقیقات اخیر در حوزه زیست-نانوکامپوزیت ها بر اساس کاربرد برای نیازهای مختلف و خطر احتمالی مهاجرت نانوذرات مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
