ملخص المقالة :
استان فارس یکی از قطب¬های مهم گردشگری ایران می¬باشد. بنابراین توجه ویژه به گردشگری و استفاده از فناوری اینترنت اشیاء در آن، می¬تواند امکانات مناسب و خوبی را برای افزایش رفاه گردشگران در مقاصد گردشگری استان، فراهم آورده، همچنین نرخ ورود آن ها را به مقاصد گردشگری افزایش دهد. در این راستا، هدف مطالعه حاضر، پیش بینی و شناسایی مهم¬ترین عوامل مؤثر و تدوین آینده های باورکردنی و مطلوب، در راستای پیاده¬سازی اینترنت اشیاء برای هوشمندسازی مقاصد گردشگری استان فارس است. باتوجه به ماهیت کاربردی مطالعه، داده ها بااستفاده از روش¬های مرورسیستماتیک ادبیات، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده و با کمک میک مک و سناریویزارد، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج روش میک مک نشان داد که 14 متغیر کلیدی بر پیاده سازی اینترنت اشیاء برای هوشمندسازی مقاصد گردشگری استان فارس، نقش اصلی دارند. با کمک سناریوویزارد نیز، 2 سناریوی قوی، 1548 سناریوی ضعیف و 9 سناریوی با سازگاری بالا به دست آمد. مبنای این پژوهش 9 سناریو با سازگاری بالا قرار گرفت. این سناریوها نشان دادند که، وضعیت آینده گردشگری استان فارس بیشتر ادامه دهنده شرایط فعلی و روند تغییرات کند و آرام و احتمال کم برای پیاده¬سازی اینترنت اشیاء در آن خواهد بود. در نهایت متناسب با سناریوهای بدست آمده و برای رسیدن به شرایط مطلوب، استراتژی¬هایی ارائه شد. نتایج پژوهش، به فعالان حوزه گردشگری کمک می¬کند تا با یک برنامه¬ریزی بلندمدت بتوانند زمینه را برای ورود فناوری¬هایی همچون اینترنت اشیاء به گردشگری فراهم کرده و به رشد و توسعه آن کمک کنند.
