واسطه گری انگیزش پیشرفت در رابطه بین هویت ورزشی با عملکرد ورزشی نوجوانان ورزشکار

این پژوهش با هدف نقش واسطه ای انگیزش پیشرفت در رابطه بین هویت ورزشی با عملکرد ورزشی نوجوانان ورزشکار انجام شد. پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی نوجوانان پسر 15 تا 18 سال شهرستان گرگان تشکیل دادند و تعداد 220 ورزشکار نوجوان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده ها شامل سه پرسشنامه برای بررسی متغیرهای پژوهش بود. یافته ها نشان داد روابط مثبت معناداری بین هویت ورزشی و انگیزش پیشرفت با عملکرد ورزشی وجود دارد و مدل پژوهش تایید شد و به طور کلی 41 درصد از عملکرد ورزشی توسط هویت ورزشی و انگیزش پیشرفت قابل تبیین می باشد. همچنین متغیرهای هویت ورزشی و انگیزش پیشرفت بر عملکرد ورزشی اثر مستقیم معنادار دارند. نتایج این پژوهش بر ضرورت نقش هویت و بر انگیزش و نهایتا عملکرد ورزشی در ورزشکاران تاکید می نماید.
