بررسی ادراک ذی نفعان از تحقق گردشگری حامی فقرا در روستاهای منتخب شرق استان سمنان

ملخص المقالة :
در سال های اخیر توجه به فقرا در روح برنامه های توسعه گردشگری در کشورهای در حال توسعه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بهطوریکه توجه به فقرابه کانون نگرانیها در برنامههای توسعه گردشگری تبدیل شده است و میزان برخورداری فقیران از منافع خالص گردشگری، معیار اولیه توجیه هرگونه ابتکار توسعهای مبتنی بر گردشگری بوده است. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با روششناسی کیفی از نوع روش تحلیل محتوا در صدد کشف و تبیین ادراک ذی نفعان گردشگری و کاهش فقردر روستاهای منتخب شرق استان سمنان (قلعه بالا، ابر و رضاآباد) است.به علت انزوای جغرافیایی و معیشت سنتی، مردم این روستاها از فقرنسبی رنج می-برند. دولت در سالهای اخیر با برنامههای دستوری تلاشهایی را برای کاهش فقراز طریقتوسعه گردشگری در این مناطق انجام داده است. نتایج مصاحبهها با پنج گروه ذی نفع نشان می دهدگردشگردی باحمایتهای دولتی توانسته است فقر را از سه مسیر (مستقیم، غیرمستقیم و اثرات پویا) نسبتاً کاهش دهد بهطوریکه فرصتها و مهارتهای شغلی بخش بزرگی از فقرای روستایی را افزایش داده و همچنین باعث ارتقای نسبی انسجام، مشارکت و رفتارهای مسئولانه زیست محیطی شود.
