طراحی مدل اکوسیستم کسب وکار دیجیتال با رویکرد آموزش الکترونیکی با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری

ملخص المقالة :
با عنایت به اینکه شکاف قابل توجهی در مفهومسازی اکوسیستم کسب وکار دیجیتال با رویکرد آموزش الکترونیکی وجود دارد، این مقاله یک چارچوب مفهومی اکوسیستم کسب وکار الکترونیکی آموزشی در عصر دیجیتال را با تلفیق دو مفهوم: اکوسیستم کسب وکار دیجیتال و اکوسیستم یادگیری دیجیتال (آموزش الکترونیکی) معرفی نموده و به منظور طراحی و تبیین مدل اکوسیستم کسب وکار دیجیتال با رویکرد آموزش الکترونیکی به اجرا درآمده است، لذا این پژوهش از نظر جهتگیری، بنیادی و از نظر هدف، اکتشافی است و با بهكارگيري رویکرد توصیفی- همبستگی برای مرحله کمی به تحليل دادهها ميپردازد. در این پژوهش، مدل مفهومی با جمعبندی نظریات با استفاده از روشهای مرورکتابخانهای، نظرات خبرگان و با بررسی مطالعات صورت گرفته در کسب وکارهای دیجیتال و آموزش الکترونیکی (آموزش مجازی)، ابعاد، عوامل و مؤلفههای تأثیرگذار بر طراحی مدل اکوسیستم کسب وکار دیجیتال با رویکرد آموزش الکترونیکی، انتخاب و استخراج شده و براي طراحی پرسشنامه، شاخصهاي مربوطه و مدل مفهومی پیشنهادی استفاده گردیده است. در بخش یافتههای استنباطی و آزمون فرضیهها، از تکنیک تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و تکنیک مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. در این پژوهش به کمک نرمافزار SmartPLS2 دادهها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. حداکثر سطح خطای آلفا جهت آزمون فرضیهها 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.که در نتیجه چارچوب اکوسیستم کسب وکار دیجیتال با رویکرد آموزش الکترونیکی در عصر دیجیتال مبتنی بر ابعاد و مفاهیم: فناوری (زیرساختها)، عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی، افراد (استعدادها)، سواد اطلاعاتی، دولت و قوانین و مقررات، شبکهها و تعاملات، ذینفعان (بازارها و مشتریان)، عوامل محیطی، سرمایه، مساعدتهای مالی، عوامل تجاری، عوامل سازماني، عوامل آموزشی، نوآوری، پشتیبانی، ارزشیابی معرفی میگردد.
