ابعاد و مولفههای آموزش بر اساس تفکر ناب در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مولفههای آموزش بر اساس تفکرناب در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ شیوه گردآوري دادهها توصیفی - پیمایشی محسوب میشود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران، معاونین، روسا و کارشناسان آموزش در واحدهای ستادی و اجرایی و سوپروایزرینآموزشی بیمارستانهای تابعه سازمان تأمین اجتماعی (420 نفر) بوده است. حجم نمونه آماری مطابق فرمول کوکران 200 نفر برآورد و از طریق روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، شامل 17 مولفه و 126 گویه استفاده شد. روایی صوری پرسشنامه از طریق اجرای آزمایشی، روایی محتوایی از طریق مرور جامع ادبیات و قضاوت خبرگان و روایی سازه توسط تحلیل عاملی مورد تایید قرارگرفت و پایایی آن از طریق محاسبه ضریب آلفاي كرونباخ 97/0 برآورد شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی (جداول فراوانی، میانگین، واریانس، انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنف و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی) استفاده شد. نتايج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در سطح 0.01، 17 بعد و 117 مولفه را بعنوان ابعاد و مولفههای آموزش ناب در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی نشان داد که میزان اثرات کلی این ابعاد برابر 73/63 درصد بوده و بعد جریان ارزش (شناسایی اتلافها و فعالیتهای ارزشآفرین) بالاترین سهم (52/84) و بعد مدیریت منابع انسانی کمترین سهم (48/0) را داشت. بنابر این برای نابسازی آموزش در سازمان تأمیناجتماعی نیاز جدی به شناسایی اتلافها و ایجاد فعالیتهای ارزشآفرین میباشد.
