ملخص المقالة :
در اين مقاله بر اهميت و ضرورت نوآوري در سازمان تأكيد شده و به دنبال آن به دليل نقش و تأثير آموزش در عملكرد و موفقيت سازمان ها، نوآوري در آموزش شركت مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. موضوع اصلي شناسايي موانع نوآوري در آموزش سازماني مي باشد كه براي اين كار از روش تحقيق كيفي و فن تحليل محتوا استفاده شده است. در واقع هدف از اين پژوهش يافتن پاسخ اين پرسش است كه عوامل مؤثر بر نوآوري سازماني در آموزش شركت ملي نفت ايران كدام است؟ براي يافتن اين عوامل و به نوعي موانع نوآوري در آموزش سازمان از ابزار مصاحبه استفاده شده تا ضمن توجه به جو سازمان، مهم ترين موانع از طريق مصاحبه باز با خبرگان كشف گردد. افراد مصاحبه شونده، خبرگان آموزش در سطح شركت مي باشند. يافته ها نشان مي دهد كه 7 عامل اصلي، به عنوان مهمترين عوامل مؤثر بر نوآوري سازماني بايستي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و در جهت رفع آنان تلاش شود.
