ملخص المقالة :
وجود پارامترهای نامطمئن در سیستم قدرت چالشهای فراوانی را برای طراحان و بهرهبرداران این سیستم ایجاد کرده است که از آن جمله میتوان به مسئله خازنگذاری در حضور نیروگاههای بادی اشاره کرد. پاسخ مسئله به مقدار بار و خروجی نیروگاه بادی وابسته است که مقادیری نامطمئن دارند. در این مقاله، از روش تئوری تصمیمگیری مبتنی بر شکاف اطلاعاتی برای مدلسازی عدم قطعیت در بار شبکه و خروجی نیروگاه بادی استفاده میشود. تابع هدف شامل هزینه بانکهای خازنی و تلفات انرژی است که برای محاسبه تلفات انرژی از پخش بار مبتنی بر تبدیل بیبو استفاده شده است. پاسخ بهینه مسئله خازنگذاری بر اساس الگوریتم ژنتیک حاصل میشود. در نهایت کارایی روش بیانشده با انجام مطالعات عددی بر روی شبکه 33شینه IEEE مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
