چارچوبی برای ترکیب ارزیابی تأثیر اجتماعی و ارزیابی ریسک

ملخص المقالة :
تمرکز روزافزون بر رویکردهای ادغامی، یکی از روندهای جاری در ارزیابی تأثیر است. ارزیابی تأثیر دارای پتانسیل ترکیب با انواع مختلف دیگر ارزیابی مانند ارزیابی ریسک است، تا ارزیابی تأثیر و مدیریت ریسکهای اجتماعی اثربخشتر گردند. ما [در این مقاله] ویژگیهای مشترک ارزیابی تأثیر اجتماعی (اتا) و ارزیابی ریسک اجتماعی (ارا) را شناسایی و درباره شایستگی یک رویکرد ترکیبی بحث میکنیم. مدل تلفیقی ترکیبکننده اتا و ارا برای ایجاد یک رویکرد جدید به نام ارزیابی ریسک و تأثیرات اجتماعی (ارتا) معرفی شده است. ارتا، ظرفیت اتا را جهت ارزشیابی و مدیریت تأثیرات اجتماعی پروژههای پرریسک مانند انرژی هستهای و همچنین خطرات و بلایای طبیعی مانند خشک سالی و سیل گسترش میدهد. برای ارتا، سه مرحله ترسیم میکنیم: شناسایی تأثیر، ارزیابی تأثیر و مدیریت تأثیر.
