بررسی کارکرد نمادگرایی در برندسازی شرکتی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نظام مند ادبیات پژوهشی در حوزه نمادگرایی و شناسایی خلاء های پژوهشی در این حوزه و استفاده از یافته های مربوطه برای طراحی الگوی برند شرکتی است. روش اجرای این پژوهش مرور نظام مند مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد می باشد. با بررسی کلیدواژه ها در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی این حوزه همچون امرالد، ساینس آو دایرکت، سیج و غیره و بر اساس ملاک های از پیش تعیین شده 130 مقاله شناسایی و پس از حذف مقالات نامرتبط 56 مقاله برای بررسی متن اصلی انتخاب گردید. بمنظور شناسایی مقولههای محوری از نظریه داده بنیاد برای کدگذاری و جهت تسهیل در کدگذاری از نرم افزارMAXQDA استفاده گردید. مقولههای استخراج شده با نظریههای برندسازی شرکتی تطبیق و خلاء های این حوزه شناسایی گردید. نتایج حاصل از تطبیق در این پژوهش نشان میدهد که بین مقولههای محوری و نظریههای برندسازی شرکتی ارتباط ساختاری و ماهوی وجود دارد به گونه ای معنا، نماد و ارزش به عنوان سازههای به هم پیوسته اکوسیستم برند شرکتی را شکل میدهند. اکوسیستم برند دارای سه سطح ایدئولوژی بنیادین، ایدئولوژی سازماندهی و ایدئولوژی مصرف می باشد.
