مدیریت انعطافپذیری در زنجیره تأمین

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از این مطالعه ارائه مدلی برای شناسایی و تحلیل انعطافپذیری موجود بین اجزای مختلف زنجیره تأمین است. انعطافپذیری زنجیره تأمین معرفی شده و اهمیت آن مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. این با بررسی ادبیات انعطافپذیری دنبال میشود. در مرحله بعد ، روشهایی برای ارزیابی انعطافپذیری مورد بررسی قرار میگیرند: تجزیهوتحلیل تصمیم، درخت تصمیم و اختیارات طبیعی. در این مقاله ، چگونگی تنظیم بنگاهها در برابر تأثیر عدمقطعیت در زنجیره تأمین و مراکز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است که چگونه آنها میتوانند از اختیارات طبیعی برای مواجهه با آن و اتخاذ رویههای منابع دوگانه استفاده کنند. بهعنوان یک ارائه، یک ساختار مشترک را برای کمک به مدیران در مورد وقفههای پیشآمده پیرامون نظم بنگاه و انتخاب سیستمهای تنظیمشده مشخص میکند. در وهله اول، این یک بررسی کلی از پاسخهای قابل تصور برای نظارت بر وقفههای احتمالی را ترتیب میدهد. این مقاله رویکرد ویژه منابع دوگانه را تأکید میکند و بیان میکند که اختیارات طبیعی رویکردی برای مرور کلی چنین تکنیکی بوده و رویه مناسبی را در مورد رویکرد وابسته به منبع دوگانه ایجاد مینماید.
