تجزیه و تحلیل نحوه همکاری شرکتهای نوپا (استارتاپ) با شرکتهای بزرگ

ملخص المقالة :
در حال حاضر نوآوری مستلزم بهدست آوردن و حفظ مزیت رقابتی در شرکتها است. این روند عمدتاً ناشی از چرخه توسعه سریع فناوریها میباشد. شرکتهای بزرگ نیز با هدف بقاء در فضای رقابتی، میبایست در بکارگیری نوآوری در بخشهای مختلف سازمان خود تلاش نمایند. بنابراین، مسأله انطباقپذیری خصوصاً در مورد معرفی مدل نوآوری از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. میتوان اینگونه فرض کرد که همکاری بین نهادها در مراحل مختلف توسعه کسبوکار اهمیت روزافزونی دارد و شرکتهای بزرگ مایل به تعامل با شرکتهای نوپا (استارتاپ) هستند. این تعامل به شرکتهای نوپا این امکان را میدهد تا بر مشکلاتی که در مراحل اولیه توسعه ظاهر میشوند، غلبه کنند و در طرف دیگر ورود نوآوری برای شرکتهای بزرگ موجب افزایش رقابتپذیری در قیاس با سایر شرکتها و در نتیجه افزایش سهم بازار آنها میگردد. هدف از این مقاله، تجزیهوتحلیل روشهای همکاری بین شرکتهای بزرگ و شرکتهای نوپا، بهخصوص برای بررسی نیازهای نوآوری در اقتصاد است. برای این مهم از روش تحقیق کتابخانهای ساختاریافته و مطالعه عمیق ادبیات موجود در مقالات و کتب مرتبط استفاده شده است. این همکاری میتواند اشکال مختلفی داشته باشد که در این مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفته که مربوط به فعالیتهای شتابدهنده کسبوکار، خلق مشترک، برندسازی مشترک، تصاحب شرکت، خرید- استخدام و نوآوری باز میباشد. در نهایت با بررسی از هریک از این روشهای همکاری نتیجه گرفتیم که همکاری به هر روشی میتواند برای هر دو طرف بسیار مفید بوده و نکات مهمی وجود دارد که میبایست از پیش و در حین همکاری مورد توجه قرار گیرند تا در نهایت هر دو شرکت از رابطه ایجادشده بهرهمند گردند.
