تبیین عوامل موثر بر استعداد کارآفرینانه ی دانشجویان با استفاده از روش -Fuzzy

ملخص المقالة :
پرورش استعدادهای کارآفرینانهی دانشجویان در مؤسسات آموزش عالی یکی از اهداف دانشگاهها در راستای ایجاد دانشگاه کارآفرین میباشد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر استعداد کارآفرینانهی دانشجویان دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان با تحليل سلسله مراتبيAHP – Fuzzy میباشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، دانشجویان کارآفرین مؤسسات آموزش عالی استان سیستان و بلوچستان می باشند. 20 نفر از دانشجویان کارآفرین و موفق در کسب و کار و خبره انتخاب و در نهایت 15 پرسشنامه تکمیل و توسط محقق مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. با توجه به نظر کارآفرینان و با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی14مؤلفه مؤثر بر استعداد کارآفرینانه شناسایی شدند و در پنج گروه دستهبندی گردید. نتايج تحقيق نشان ميدهد از میان عوامل پنجگانه مؤثر بر استعداد کارآفرینانه از نظر خبرگان، استعداد خلاقیت بیشترین تأثیر را دارد و استعداد محدودکردن عدمقطعیت ذهنی و استعداد کشف و بهره برداری از فرصتها در رتبههای بعدی قرار دارند.
