چکیده مقاله :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر واکاوی ادراکات معلمان پیرامون آموزش ضمن خدمت مجازی میباشد. این مطالعه به روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی صورت گرفت. بدین منظور مصاحبههای نیمهساختار یافتهی عمیق از نمونههای هدفمند ملاکمدار تا حد اشباع اطلاعات با 18 معلم از مقاطع ابتدایی، دوره متوسطه اول و دوم داشتند صورت گرفت. طی مصاحبهها، معلمان تجربیات خویش را از آموزش ضمن خدمت مجازی بیان نمودند که با روش هفت مرحلهای کلایزی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت که 9 مضمون اصلی به دست آمده عبارت بودند از: قابلیت دسترسی فارغ از زمان و مکان، بهینه بودن، تناسب با روشهای آموزشی و فناوریهای نوین، حمایتهای سازمانی، مشکلات محتوایی، مشکلات اجرایی، مشکلات ارزشیابی، مشکلات منابع انسانی؛ نداشتن زیرساختهای لازم. این مضمونها از تجمیع و تلخیص مضمونهایی چون: (افزایش ساعات آموزش، سهولت، انعطافپذیری در آموزش، مدیریت زمان و مکان آموزش، و پاسخگویی کارکنان به ارباب رجوعان، کاهش هزینههای اجرایی دوره برای سازمان، کاهش هزینههای رفت و آمد برای معلمان، آموزش مهارتهای فنی و رایانهای، یادگیرنده محور شدن آموزش، امکان ترکیب با سایر فضاهای مجازی، به روز بودن روشهای آموزشی و آزمون، افزایش امتیاز در ارزشیابی سازمانی، امکان ارتقای سازمانی، کاربردی نبودن و تاکید بر مطالب کلیشهای، سلیقهای بودن محتوا، مبتنی نبودن بر نیازسنجی، نداشتن نظارت صحیح، گواهیگرایی به جای تاکید بر یادگیری، بی اعتباری نتایج، ایجاد فرصت برای سودجویان، عدم تعامل در حین آموزش، نداشتن انگیزه علمی، فشار و مشکلات کاری معلمان، نداشتن سواد رسانهای). یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد، بهرهگيری از نظام آموزش مجازی در دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت، می تواند برخی از مشکلات و ناکارآمدیهای آموزش ضمن خدمت حضوری معلمان از جمله همگام نبودن آموزش با تغييرات كتب درسی، محدودیتهای زمان، مكان و منابع آموزشی را برطرف و راه را برای پيدايش شيوههای نوين آموزش معلمان مانند شیوههای الکترونیکی و مجازی هموار نمايد.
Given the role that virtual in-service education plays today in the development of teachers 'professions, it is important to examine teachers' perceptions of this type of education. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the perceptions of teachers in district one of Tabriz about virtual in-service education. The method of this study was descriptive phenomenology. The participants in this study were teachers in district one of Tabriz in primary and secondary schools who had the experience of participating in in-service virtual education. Purposeful standard sampling was used to interview teachers. In this regard, after semi-structured interviews with a general question and then exploratory questions to obtain more in-depth information with 18 people, theoretical saturation was obtained in the data. During the interviews, teachers shared their experiences of in-service training, which was analyzed using the seven-step Colaizzi method. The results of the analysis of teachers' perceptions about in-service education showed 9 main themes, which are: accessibility regardless of time and place, optimization, suitability with educational methods and new technologies, organizational support, content problems, implementation problems, Evaluation problems, human resource problems; Lack of necessary infrastructure. According to these results, it can be said that the use of virtual education system for in-service training courses can solve some of the problems and inefficiencies of in-service training of teachers, including inconsistent training with changes in textbooks, time, place and Eliminate educational resources and pave the way for the emergence of new methods of teacher education such as electronic and virtual methods.
