پیش بینی کیفیت خواب براساس رفتارهای خود مراقبتی و تبعیت از درمان در سالمندان مبتلا به درد مزمن

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیشبینی کیفیت خواب بر اساس رفتارهای خودمراقبتی و تبعیت از درمان در سالمندان مبتلا به درد مزمن بود. طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه سالمندان مرد مراجعه کننده به مراکز نگهداری سالمند شهرستان گنبد در سال 1403 بود که از بین آنها تعداد 140 نفر که مایل به شرکت در مطالعه بودند و ملاکهای ورود را داشتند، با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ، رفتارهای خودمراقبتی سالمندان یونسی بروجنی و همکاران و تبعیت از درمان مدانلو بود. نتایج حاصل از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین رفتارهای خودمراقبتی و تبعیت از درمان با کیفیت خواب در سالمندان مبتلا به درد مزمن رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد (05/0p< ). به این معنا که با افزایش نمرات در متغیرهای رفتارهای خودمراقبتی و تبعیت از درمان، نمرات کیفیت خواب کاهش پیدا میکند. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره نشان داد که رفتارهای خودمراقبتی و تبعیت از درمان میتوانند کیفیت خواب را به صورت منفی و معنادار پیش بینی کنند (05/0p< ). این یافته ها اهمیت توجه به ارتقای خودمراقبتی و پایبندی به درمان را در بهبود کیفیت خواب و درنتیجه ارتقاء سلامت روانی و جسمانی سالمندان برجسته می سازد.
The purpose of the present study was to predict sleep quality based on self-care behaviors and adherence to treatment in the elderly with chronic pain. The present study design was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the present study included all male elderly referring to elderly care centers in Gonbad city in 2024, from which 140 people who were willing to participate in the study and met the inclusion criteria were selected by purposive sampling. The research tools included the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire, the aging's self-care behaviors scale by Younesi Borujeni et al, and Medanloo's treatment adherence. The results of the Pearson correlation test showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between self-care behaviors and treatment adherence with sleep quality in the elderly with chronic pain (p<0.05). This means that with an increase in the scores in the variables of self-care behaviors and treatment adherence, sleep quality scores decrease. Also, the results of multivariate regression analysis showed that self-care behaviors and treatment adherence can negatively and significantly predict sleep quality (p<0.05). These findings highlight the importance of paying attention to promoting self-care and adherence to treatment in improving sleep quality and, consequently, improving the mental and physical health of the elderly.
