رابطه رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی مشتری و تأثیر آن بر عملکرد شرکت گاز کهگیلویه و بویراحمد

تحقیق حاضر جزء دسته تحقیقات اکتشافی ـ کاربردی است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را كاركنان و مشتریان شرکت گاز کهگیلویه و بویراحمد تشكيل میدهند که در حدود 1008نفر میباشد که متناظر با هر یک از کارکنان انتخابی یک مشتری در نظر گرفته و تعداد نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران280 نفر انتخاب شد. اطلاعات اولیه مربوط به متغیرهای ذکر شده بهصورت میدانی توسط سه نمونه پرسشنامه یکی با 16سؤال برای کارکنان شرکت گاز و دیگری با 17 سؤال برای مشتریان که بر اساس مقیاس درجه لیکرت تدوینشده و پرسشنامهEFQM برای ارزیابی عملکرد جمعآوری گردید. اطلاعات جمعآوریشده در این پژوهش با بهره گیری از نرمافزار spss موردبررسی و تجزیهوتحلیل قرارگرفته است. یافتههای پژوهش بیانگر آن است که بین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی مشتری رابطه وجود داشته و این دو رفتار بر عملکرد شرکت گاز کهگیلویه و بویراحمد تأثیرگذار میباشند.
The present study belongs to the category of exploratory-applied research. The statistical population of this research consists of employees and customers of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Gas Company. The number of employees of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Gas Company is 1000 people, which corresponds to each employee selected by one customer, and the number of samples was selected using Cochran's formula of 280 people. Preliminary information about the mentioned variables was collected in the field by three samples of a questionnaire, one with 16 questions for gas company employees and the other with 17 questions for customers, which was compiled based on the Likert scale and EFQM questionnaire to evaluate performance. The collected data in this study have been reviewed and analyzed using SPSS software. Findings indicate that there is a relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and customer citizenship behavior and these two behaviors affect the performance of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Gas Company.
