بررسی نقش تداوم یادگیری الکترونیکی بر توسعه حرفهای: یک مطالعه موردی از صنعت تلکام

یادگیری تنها منبع مزیت استراتژیک پایدار برای شرکتهاست. فناوریهای نوین، از جمله یادگیری الکترونیکی، فرصتهای آموزشی متنوعی را برای کارکنان شرکتها بهوجود آورده است. اما استمرار و تداوم این دورهها از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است و هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی اثر تداوم یادگیری الکترونیکی بر توسعه حرفهای کارکنان است. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی میباشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 924 نفر از کارکنان شرکت خدمات ارتباطی است که 272 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند و 260 نفر پرسشنامه استاندارد الکترونیکی را تکمیل نمودند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تی، ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شده است. یافتهها نشان میدهد وضعیت شرکت از نظر یادگیری الکترونیکی و توسعه حرفهای مثبت و در شرایط قابل قبولی است. قابلیت کاربرد و صمیمت ادراکشده، بالاترین نمره و شایستگی ادراکشده پایین نمره را داراست. یادگیری الکترونیکی در سه خردهمقیاس رضایت کاربر، صمیمیت ارتباط ادراکشده و علاقه به تداوم یادگیری الکترونیکی بر افزایش توسعه حرفهای کارکنان بیشترین تأثیر را داشته است. تداوم یادگیری الکترونیکی در شرکت خدمات ارتباطی از اثربخشی نسبتاً بالایی برخوردار است و به ترتیب مولفه ارتباط ادراکشده، قابلیت کاربرد، انگیزه درونی، علاقه به یادگیری الکترونیکی، خودمختاری ادراکشده، رضایت کاربر،کیفیت اطلاعات و شایستگی ادراکشده دارای بیشترین میانگین بودهاند.
Learning is the only source of sustainable strategic advantage for companies. New technologies, including e-learning, have created a variety of training opportunities for corporate employees. But the continuity of these courses is of great importance. The main purpose of this research is the effect of continuing e-learning on the professional development of employees. The research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was 924 employees of Communication Services Company, 272 people were selected by random sampling and completed 260 standard electronic questionnaires. To analyze the data, independent t-test, ANOVA, correlation coefficient, and linear regression were used. The mean score of e-learning and professional development of the staff of Communication Services Company is higher than the average. The interest in the continuity of e-learning (4.61) shows that perceived applicability and integrity have the highest score and perceived merit lower score. Also, e-learning in the three subscales of user satisfaction, perceived intimacy, and interest in continuing learning has had the most significant impact on the increase of professional development of employees. The continuity of e-learning in communication services company has relatively high effectiveness. Perceived communication component, usability, internal motivation, interest in perceived self-retention e-learning, user satisfaction, information quality, and perceived competence have the highest mean.
