استثناگرایی، ثبات مبتنی بر سیطره و اسلام‌هراسی در آمریکا

از سال 1620 که گروهی از مهاجران انگلیسی به آمریکا مهاجرت کردند، استثناگرایی مبتنی بر نگرش ملتی خاص، قوم و نژادی برتر، اسراییل عصر حاضر، بهشت روی زمین و... در گفتار و رفتار آمریکاییان و به ویژه در لحن و گفتار رؤسای جمهور آمریکا از «جورج واشنگتن» تا «باراک اوباما» وجود داشته است. آمریکایی‌ها به این افسانه اعتقاد دارند که مهاجرتشان از انگلستان، نوع جدیدی از مهاجرت «قوم یهود» به «سرزمین موعود» و برای ساختن قلمرو خدا بوده است؛ تا جایی که به خود حق می‌دهند اگر ملتی با این شیوه و طرز تفکر مخالفت کرد، با آن به جنگ برخیزند. بنابراین ابتدا می‌توان این سؤال را مطرح کرد که منشأ تفکر استثناگرایی از کجاست و سپس اینکه چگونه این تفکر مبنایی برای شکل گیری نظریۀ ثبات مبتنی بر سیطره یا ثبات هژمونیک قرار گرفته است و ارتباط آن با رواج اسلام هراسی در جامعه آمریکا چیست؟ ازاین رو هدف مقاله حاضر، ابتدا نشان دادن منشأ تفکر استثناگرایی آمریکایی و سپس نشان دادن تأثیری است که این تفکر در شکل گیری نظریۀ ثبات مبتنی بر تهاجم یا سیطره و طرح و رواج اندیشۀ اسلام هراسی در جامعه آمریکا دارد. بنابراین فرض مقالۀ حاضر این است که استثناگرایی امریکایی به دولت مردان این کشور، رفتاری تهاجمی و مداخله گرایانه داده است و بر این اساس آمریکا نقش هژمونیک خود را ایفا می‌کند. در این راستا دین اسلام به عنوان ایدئولوژی سیطره ستیز، مانع چنین رفتاری بوده است. بنابراین اسلام ستیزی و اسلام هراسی در دستور کار راهبردی آمریکا قرار گرفته است.
Since the year 1620, when a group of English people immigrated to America, exceptionalism based on the attitude of unique nation, racial superiority, the Israel of the time, the heaven on the earth and … have been seen in American society and, particularly, in the literature of American presidents, from George Washington to Barack Obama. Americans believe in the myth that their immigration from England has been the new type of “the Jews' immigration“ to the promised land” in order to build the God’s domain, so that they preserve the right to fight against any people who oppose the idea. So The first question that comes to mind is that what is the origin of idea of exceptionalism, and then how the idea became a basis for the theory of hegemonic stability, and then how this thought is supposed as the basis for formation of consistency theory based on dominance or hegemonic stability and what is its relation to the dissemination of Islamophobia in American society? Our purpose in this paper is showing where American exceptionalism is rooted in, and illustrating the effect that this thought has in formulating the hegemony theory based on offensiveness or dominance and raising and preaching of Islam phobia in American society. So this paper supposes that American Exceptionalism makes this country's state men act offensively and internationally that based on this, America has played its hegemonic role. And, because Islam as an anti hegemony religion, oppose such behavior, fighting Islam and Islamophobia has become America’s strategic agenda.
